We’re looking for an exceptional Drama Teacher to join a good secondary school in Cambridge.

We want someone who is creative, enthusiastic, and enjoys helping young people build confidence through Drama and performance.

The Role

  • Teach Drama across KS3–KS5.

  • Cover performance, devising, improvisation, and theatre.

  • Help students develop their confidence and practical skills.

  • Support GCSE and A-Level Drama students.

  • Get involved with school productions and performances.

  • Contribute to Drama clubs and other enrichment activities.

The Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a relevant Drama, Theatre, or Performing Arts background.

  • Has strong practical and subject knowledge.

  • Is confident and enthusiastic in the classroom.

  • Enjoys working creatively with students.

  • Can help students feel comfortable performing and expressing themselves.

  • Is happy to get involved with productions and wider school life.
