Our client is seeking an articulate, passionate Art & Design Teacher to join their thriving creative arts faculty from September. In this full-time role, you will deliver engaging practical studio sessions that build technical proficiency, creative risk-taking, and critical art historical analysis across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (GCSE Fine Art / Photography), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level Fine Art).

You will guide pupils through experimental drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and mixed-media portfolio development. The department boasts expansive, light-filled art studios equipped with kiln facilities, specialized printing presses, digital editing suites, and dedicated exhibition display spaces.

  • Proven track record (or strong potential) for delivering high-quality GCSE and A-Level exam results and portfolio outcomes

  • Passion for curating student art exhibitions, running extra-curricular life-drawing clubs, and fostering creative exploration
