Our client is seeking a reliable, skilled School Caretaker to join their campus facilities team from September. Operating on a rotating shift pattern, you will take day-to-day responsibility for keeping the school grounds, buildings, and facilities safe, clean, and fully operational for pupils and staff.

Key duties include performing morning opening sweeps or evening locking routines, executing first-line reactive building repairs (minor plumbing, carpentry, redecoration, and lock fixes), setting up halls for assemblies and extra-curricular clubs, and logging statutory safety checks—including weekly fire alarm tests, emergency lighting diagnostics, and water temperature checks.
