The Role
As Attendance Officer, you'll manage the school's attendance systems while providing proactive support to students and families.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring attendance and punctuality across the school
Following up on unexplained absences with parents and carers
Identifying attendance trends and supporting targeted interventions
Producing regular attendance reports for senior leaders
Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school's MIS
Working alongside pastoral and safeguarding teams to support vulnerable students
Liaising with external agencies where appropriate to improve attendance outcomes

About You
