Working across the school, you'll support pupils and their families, helping to remove barriers to learning while ensuring attendance procedures are managed efficiently and consistently.

Your Day-to-Day
As Attendance Officer, you'll coordinate the school's attendance processes while working closely with pastoral leaders to improve attendance across all year groups.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring and recording daily student attendance
Contacting parents and carers regarding absences and punctuality
Identifying attendance concerns and supporting targeted interventions
Preparing attendance reports for senior leaders and Heads of Year
Maintaining accurate attendance records using the school's MIS
Working with safeguarding staff and external agencies where appropriate
Promoting a positive culture of attendance throughout the school
