Help ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed. A thriving secondary school in Tadley is looking to appoint an Examinations & Assessment Officer to join its dedicated support team on a permanent basis from September 2026.
This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, organisation and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee examinations throughout the academic year while supporting assessment processes and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing examination entries and timetables
Organising internal and external examinations
Ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations
Coordinating invigilators and examination logistics
Supporting access arrangements alongside the SEND team
Maintaining confidential examination materials and records
Assisting with assessment administration where required

About You
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and able to work effectively under pressure. Experience within examinations administration would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with strong administrative experience and excellent attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits
£27,780 – £30,564 FTE (£24,371 – £26,814 actual)
Permanent position
37 hours per week | 40 weeks per year
