Working alongside the Headteacher and Governors, you'll oversee the school's finances, HR, estates and operational strategy, ensuring the school continues to provide an exceptional environment for pupils, parents and staff.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As a key member of the senior leadership support team, you'll oversee the school's business functions, ensuring every operational area runs efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading financial planning, budgeting and resource management
Overseeing HR, recruitment and payroll processes
Managing contracts, procurement and supplier relationships
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
Overseeing estates, facilities and site operations
Advising senior leaders on business strategy and operational improvements
Managing support staff and driving continuous service improvement
