A leading secondary academy in Newcastle is looking to appoint an organised and professional HR Administrator to join its team on a permanent basis from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school HR professional to play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. You'll be responsible for maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR), coordinating recruitment, preparing contracts, managing pre-employment compliance checks and processing payroll changes.

What They're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in school HR administration

• Experience maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) within a UK school (essential)

• The legal right to work in the UK

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• The ability to manage confidential information professionally

• Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office

Salary & Benefits

• £31,000 – £35,500 per annum

• Full-time, permanent position

• 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (full-year contract)
