What You'll Be Doing
As Site Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the upkeep and day-to-day operation of the school's buildings and grounds.
Your responsibilities will include:
Opening and securing the school site each day
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
Coordinating contractors and monitoring maintenance projects
Managing planned preventative maintenance schedules
Completing health and safety, fire safety and compliance checks
Maintaining the school's grounds and outdoor spaces
Preparing classrooms and communal areas for school events
Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and well presented throughout the year
