The Role
The Finance Officer will support the efficient financial management of the school, ensuring robust financial processes are maintained and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities include:
Processing purchase orders, invoices and supplier payments
Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting budget monitoring and financial reporting
Managing income, including trips, lettings and parental payments
Assisting with payroll administration and pension documentation where required
Liaising with suppliers, contractors and external finance providers
Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and audit requirements

The Successful Candidate
The school is looking for a well-organised and detail-focused individual with previous experience in finance, accounting or business support.
