The Role
The Admissions Officer will oversee the school's admissions process, ensuring applications are managed efficiently and in accordance with school and local authority procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Managing admissions enquiries from prospective parents and carers
Coordinating applications from initial enquiry through to enrolment
Organising school tours, open evenings and admissions events
Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school's MIS
Liaising with local authorities and external organisations where required
Preparing admissions reports and supporting student data management
Providing administrative support to the wider school office as needed

The Successful Candidate
The school is seeking an organised and personable administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience within school admissions, education administration or a busy office environment would be advantageous. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office are essential, while experience with Arbor, SIMS or Bromcom would be beneficial.
Salary & Benefits
£31,000 - £36,000 per annum
