A forward-thinking secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint an experienced School Business Manager on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role

You'll provide strategic oversight of the school's business services while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the school's finances and budget planning

• Leading HR administration and recruitment processes

• Overseeing facilities management and site operations

• Managing contracts and supplier relationships

• Ensuring compliance with financial and statutory regulations

• Supporting strategic planning with the Senior Leadership Team

• Leading administrative and support staff

The Successful Candidate
