Exams Officer | High-Performing Secondary School | Basingstoke
A high-performing secondary school in the Basingstoke area is looking to appoint a dedicated Examinations Officer on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role
You'll oversee the administration of all internal and external examinations, ensuring every stage of the process runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Managing examination entries, timetables, and results
Ensuring full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations
Coordinating examination invigilators, including recruitment and training
Liaising with staff, students, parents, and examination boards
Supporting access arrangements alongside the SEND team
Maintaining the secure handling of examination papers and confidential data
Managing post-results services and examination records

The Successful Candidate

£27,780–£30,564 FTE (pro rata: £24,371–£26,814)
