Our client is seeking an articulate, detail-oriented HR Manager to lead their central personnel department. Taking direct ownership of the school’s human resources framework, you will ensure total compliance with national safeguarding regulations while fostering a positive, professional working environment across academic and support faculties.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for maintaining an immaculate Single Central Record (SCR) in strict accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines. You will manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles—from drafting job descriptions and coordinating interview panels to conducting DBS checks, verifying references, and leading staff inductions. Additionally, you will advise senior leadership on sickness absence tracking, maternity/paternity processes, employee relations, and performance management workflows.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to advise senior leaders, governors, and external trade union representatives
