HR Manager | High-Performing Secondary School | Southwark
A highly successful secondary school in Southwark is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its senior support team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role
You'll lead the school's HR function, delivering a professional and people-focused service across all areas of Human Resources.
Responsibilities include:
Leading recruitment and talent acquisition
Managing employee relations and complex HR casework
Advising leaders on employment law and best practice
Managing HR systems, contracts, and personnel records
Supporting workforce planning and succession planning
Developing staff wellbeing initiatives
Maintaining compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding
