This position will see you inspiring Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students in a fully equipped design facility featuring advanced 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC equipment, and modern CAD software. You will guide pupils through creative design portfolios (NEA), encourage innovative product design principles, and foster technical problem-solving skills across both vocational and A-Level frameworks.

Qualifications & Criteria

Solid understanding of workshop health and safety protocols and modern digital design software (e.g., SolidWorks, 2D Design)
Passion for project-based learning and driving high achievement in STEM disciplines
