  • SEN English Teacher (Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4 Curriculum)

In this role, you will lead tailored English Language and Literature sessions designed specifically for pupils with complex social, emotional, and neurodiverse profiles. Classes are capped at small student ratios (typically 6–8 learners) with high staff-to-pupil support. You will focus on creating a therapeutic, low-arousal learning environment, designing accessible pathways (Functional Skills, Entry Level, and GCSE), and using literature as a tool for emotional literacy and creative expression.
