The Role

As a Teacher of Business, you'll deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that bring business concepts to life and help students understand the world around them. You'll teach across Key Stages 4 and 5, encouraging students to think critically, solve problems creatively, and develop the confidence to succeed both academically and beyond the classroom.

You'll also contribute to the wider life of the school, whether through enrichment activities, enterprise projects or supporting students with their next steps into higher education or future careers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Has a degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related subject.

• Has experience teaching Business at GCSE and A-Level (or has the subject knowledge to do so).

• Delivers engaging, well-planned lessons that challenge and inspire students of all abilities.

• Builds positive relationships and creates an inclusive classroom where every student can thrive.

• Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a successful department.

• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

• Has the legal right to work in the UK.
