The successful candidate will share day-to-day responsibility for the physical security and smooth running of the school estate. Key duties include executing morning unlocking or evening lockup routines, performing first-line reactive fabric repairs (basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting fixes), overseeing assembly and exam hall setups, and executing routine statutory safety tests (weekly fire alarm drills, emergency lighting checks, and water hygiene temperature logs).
