A highly regarded Primary School in the London Borough of Westminster is looking to appoint an experienced Office Manager to lead its busy administration team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated professional who enjoys leading a team while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a school office.
Working closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager, you will oversee all administrative operations, manage office staff and ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered to pupils, parents, staff and visitors. You will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the school while contributing to its continued success.

Office Team
The Office Team provides professional administrative support across the school, ensuring efficient communication, accurate record keeping and exceptional customer service for pupils, families and staff.
Responsibilities
Managing the daily operation of the school office.
Supervising and supporting the administration team.
Overseeing admissions administration.
Managing the school's MIS.
Coordinating communication with parents and external agencies.
Preparing reports and official correspondence.
Managing office budgets and purchasing supplies.
Organising meetings and maintaining leadership diaries.
Supporting recruitment and HR administration.
Ensuring GDPR compliance across administrative processes.
Managing reception services.
Supporting school events and parent evenings.
Reviewing office procedures to improve efficiency.
Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
Maintaining a welcoming and professional front office.
Requirements
Previous Office Manager or senior administration experience.
School administration experience is desirable.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Experience using school MIS systems.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional and approachable manner.
