Behaviour Manager | Outstanding Secondary Academy (11–18) | Sheffield
A successful Outstanding secondary academy in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Manager to join its pastoral team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing school that places equal importance on academic achievement, student wellbeing, and positive behaviour. You'll work across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning while contributing to a calm, inclusive school environment.
The Role
Working closely with senior leaders and Heads of Year, you'll provide targeted support for students and help maintain the academy's high expectations for behaviour and attendance.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering behaviour interventions for students requiring additional support
Supporting restorative practice and student reintegration
Monitoring behaviour, attendance, and punctuality
Working collaboratively with safeguarding, SEND, and pastoral teams
Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies
Maintaining accurate behaviour records and preparing reports where required

The Successful Candidate
Applications are welcomed from experienced Behaviour Managers, Behaviour Mentors, Pastoral Managers, Inclusion Officers, Student Support Officers, or professionals with relevant secondary school experience.
You'll be organised, resilient, and able to build positive relationships while maintaining high standards and supporting students to achieve positive outcomes.
