A welcoming Catholic secondary school in Manchester is looking to appoint a Behaviour Manager on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced pastoral team, you'll support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 while helping to maintain the school's calm and purposeful learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading behaviour interventions for students requiring additional support

• Working alongside Heads of Year, safeguarding, and SEND teams

• Supporting restorative practice and reintegration meetings

• Monitoring behaviour, attendance, and punctuality

• Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies

• Maintaining accurate behaviour records and reports

The Successful Candidate

You'll be a confident communicator who can build positive relationships, manage challenging situations effectively, and encourage students to make lasting improvements.
