Premises Manager to lead campus facilities, maintenance, and compliance
Full-time, year-round permanent role | ASAP Start
Our client is seeking a professional, practically minded, and exceptionally organised Premises Manager to join their senior support team immediately. This is a full-time, year-round leadership position, ideal for an estates supervisor or facility manager looking to coordinate daily operations, capital projects, and safety compliance across a modern campus.
The successful candidate will manage the caretaking team's shift cycles, coordinate external contractors, track utility consumption metrics, and execute a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will assume personal accountability for tracking all statutory compliance records—including Legionella water safety protocols, fire safety audits, emergency lighting diagnostics, and asbestos monitoring.
