Working closely with the Headteacher, School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee all aspects of the school office, ensuring administrative systems are efficient, accurate and responsive to the needs of students, parents and staff. This is a varied leadership role that combines operational management with hands-on administration and offers genuine opportunities to contribute to the continued success of the school.

Office Team
The Office Team delivers professional administrative support across the entire school and plays a vital role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operation of the school office.
Leading and supporting the administration team.
Overseeing admissions and pupil enrolment.
Managing the school's Management Information System.
Maintaining accurate pupil records.
Coordinating communication with parents and external agencies.
Preparing reports and correspondence for senior leaders.
Managing office budgets and ordering supplies.
Coordinating staff diaries and meeting schedules.
Supporting HR and recruitment administration.
Managing reception and visitor services.
Reviewing and improving office procedures.
Ensuring GDPR compliance.
Supporting examinations and whole-school events.
Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
Previous Office Manager or senior administration experience.
School administration experience is desirable.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Experience using school MIS systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Professional and approachable manner.
