Working closely with the Headteacher, School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee the school's administrative function, ensuring that staff, students, parents and visitors receive a professional and efficient service. This is a varied leadership role that combines operational management with hands-on administration and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment.

Office Team
The Office Team provides essential administrative support across the entire school, ensuring every aspect of school life operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operation of the school office.
Leading and supporting the administration team.
Overseeing admissions and pupil enrolment.
Maintaining accurate pupil records.
Managing the school's Management Information System.
Coordinating communication with parents and external agencies.
Preparing reports and correspondence for senior leaders.
Managing office budgets and ordering supplies.
Coordinating meetings and staff diaries.
Supporting HR and recruitment administration.
Reviewing and improving office procedures.
Ensuring GDPR compliance.
Managing reception services.
Supporting examinations and school events.
Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
Previous Office Manager or senior administration experience.
Experience working within a school is desirable.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Experience using school MIS systems.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional and approachable manner.
