School Administrator to join a centralized administrative support team
Full-time role (Term-Time Only + 2 Weeks) | September start
Our client is seeking an exceptionally organised and professional School Administrator to join their central office team from September. This is a vital operational position, ideal for a strong administrator with outstanding communication skills and complete comfort managing high-volume, real-time data logs.
The successful candidate will take daily ownership of essential school administrative duties. You will oversee departmental databases, update and manage student records on the school's central Management Information System (MIS), coordinate newsletters and letters to parents, process purchase orders, and provide clerical support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) during peak audit and intake seasons.
The administration department features a modern, open-plan office suite, highly integrated digital communication tools, and a welcoming, highly supportive team of school office specialists.

Experience and Qualifications
