Our client is seeking a professional, proactive, and exceptionally organised School Caretaker to join an established academy in Swindon from September. This is a full-time position operating on a structured shift pattern, ideal for a handy technician with proven maintenance skills and a strong commitment to health and safety compliance.
The successful candidate will share responsibility for the day-to-day security and physical operations of the campus. You will oversee morning unlocking or evening lockup routines, carry out routine building fabric repairs (basic plumbing, minor carpentry, painting), manage event setups, and maintain accurate safety logs including fire alarm and emergency lighting testing.
