• GCSE Performance Optimization: Guide Year 11 examination cohorts meticulously through the rigorous demands of linear terminal Higher and Foundation tier papers, utilizing diagnostic data tracking and low-stakes testing to eliminate persistent misconceptions and maximize high-grade retention.

• Closing Progress & Numerical Literacy Gaps: Identify and target learning barriers within mixed-ability cohorts, deploying explicit command-word instruction, scaffolded analysis tools, and targeted numeracy interventions to ensure accessibility for SEND pupils while stretching high-prior-attaining critical thinkers.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
