The Role
The Cluster HR Manager will lead the HR function across five schools, providing both strategic and operational support.
Responsibilities include:
Leading employee relations and case management
Managing recruitment and onboarding
Ensuring HR compliance and safeguarding procedures
Advising senior leaders on employment legislation
Supporting payroll processes
Developing and implementing HR policies
Promoting staff wellbeing and professional development
The Successful Candidate
The schools are looking for an experienced HR professional with excellent employment law knowledge and previous leadership experience.
Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive relationships across multiple sites will be essential.
