The Role
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the school site, helping to ensure the premises remain safe, secure, and well maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Opening and securing the school site when required
Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
Completing routine health and safety checks
Ensuring the school grounds are clean and well presented
Liaising with contractors and reporting maintenance issues
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the premises
About You
Previous experience working as a school caretaker, site supervisor, site assistant, or facilities professional is essential.
The school is looking for someone who is dependable, practical, and able to work independently while taking ownership of the school site. A proactive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards are key.
