Office Team
The Office Team plays a central role in ensuring the school operates efficiently each day. As Office Manager, you will lead the administrative function while supporting the Headteacher with the effective management of school operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the daily operation of the school office.
Supervising and supporting administrative staff.
Overseeing admissions and pupil record administration.
Maintaining the school's management information system.
Coordinating communication with parents and external agencies.
Monitoring office budgets and ordering supplies.
Developing and improving administrative procedures.
Preparing reports for senior leaders and governors.
Supporting recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and school policies.
Coordinating administrative arrangements for school events.
Providing high-quality administrative support to the leadership team.
The successful candidate will become a valued member of the leadership support team, helping to ensure the school continues to provide an efficient, welcoming and professional service for pupils, families and staff.
Requirements
Previous experience managing a school office or administrative team.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school MIS systems.
