Administration Team
The Administration Team provides essential operational support across every area of the school. As School Administrator, you will become a key member of the team, ensuring daily administrative processes are completed accurately while providing excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies.
Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school's management information system.
Preparing letters, reports and school documentation.
Supporting admissions and enrolment administration.
Processing incoming and outgoing post.
Scheduling meetings and managing room bookings.
Assisting with school events and parents' evenings.
Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock.
Supporting senior leaders with administrative tasks.
Maintaining confidential records in line with GDPR requirements.
Providing general administrative support across the school office.
The successful candidate will join an experienced and welcoming team that works collaboratively to provide an efficient, professional and responsive service across the school.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience, preferably within a school or busy office.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience using school MIS systems is desirable.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Professional and approachable manner.
Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
