• GCSE Performance Optimization: Guide Year 11 examination cohorts meticulously through the rigorous demands of terminal Higher and Foundation tier papers across all four assessment modalities (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing), utilizing diagnostic tracking to maximize high-grade boundary retention.

• Closing Progress & Linguistic Literacy Gaps: Identify and target learning barriers within mixed-ability cohorts, deploying explicit vocabulary retrieval systems, scaffolded speaking prompts, and low-stakes testing to ensure accessibility for SEND pupils while stretching high-prior-attaining linguists.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
