The Role
As Premises Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring it remains safe, secure, clean, and well maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the security of the school site
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
Overseeing health and safety compliance
Liaising with contractors and external suppliers
Managing planned and reactive maintenance
Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are well presented
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school
About You
The school is looking for someone with previous school premises, caretaking, or facilities management experience.
You'll be proactive, organised, and confident working independently while managing a busy and varied workload. A good understanding of health and safety procedures and a practical, hands-on approach are essential.
Salary & Benefits
£36,520–£37,585 per annum
Full-time permanent contract
36 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed)
ASAP or September 2026 start
