The Role
You will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 where appropriate. Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge students.
Teach your specialist subject across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver KS5 lessons where appropriate.
Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support achievement.
Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment.
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

About You
The successful applicant will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching their specialist subject across KS3 and KS4.
Be confident teaching KS5 (desirable but not essential).
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education.
Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
Have the right to work in the UK.
