The Role

Beyond classroom teaching, responsibilities include constructing comprehensive student tracking portfolios, implementing targeted technical intervention tracks for mathematical data fluency, managing parental correspondence, and supporting the school's regional engineering challenges and UKMT mathematics tournaments.

You will act as a primary link with parents, examination boards, and local university STEM networks, requiring absolute professionalism and data accuracy at all times. Strong organisational skills are a prerequisite, as you will balance heavy mock diagnostic marking cycles with real-time digital progress logging within a fast-paced school framework. Requirements

• A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) with a degree in Mathematics or a highly related numerical field

• Proven experience teaching Mathematics specifications up to GCSE and A-Level

• Strong data literacy and IT skills, with complete confidence using digital learning tracking systems

• Professional and proactive approach to monitoring pupil metrics and target tracking data

• Ability to work effectively and adaptably within a fast-paced, high-achieving department
