A caring and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Bromley is looking to appoint an organised and compassionate SEND Administrator to support the school's Special Educational Needs and Disabilities provision. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Working closely with the SENDCo and wider pastoral team, you will coordinate administrative processes relating to SEND provision, maintain accurate records and ensure statutory documentation is completed efficiently. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs while contributing to the smooth operation of the school's inclusion services.
This position would suit someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to supporting inclusive education.

Inclusion Team
The Inclusion Team works closely with teachers, support staff and external professionals to coordinate provision for pupils with additional educational needs. As SEND Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support that enables the team to deliver effective and well-organised support for children and families.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the SENDCo with day-to-day administration.
Maintaining accurate SEND records and pupil files.
Coordinating Annual Review meetings and preparing documentation.
Liaising with parents, carers and external agencies.
Managing confidential reports and professional correspondence.
Tracking Education, Health and Care Plan documentation.
Supporting referrals and assessment processes.
Updating the school's management information system.
Preparing reports and documentation for leadership meetings.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
Providing general administrative support to the wider inclusion team.

Requirements
Previous administrative experience, ideally within education or SEND.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
