IT Support Team
The IT Support Team provides technical assistance across the entire school, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure and accessible. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help maintain the school's technology infrastructure while providing responsive support to staff and students.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing first-line technical support to staff and students.
Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop computers, laptops and tablets.
Supporting classroom technology, interactive displays and audiovisual equipment.
Assisting with user account creation and password management.
Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
Maintaining printers, photocopiers and peripheral devices.
Supporting the school's management information systems and digital learning platforms.
Assisting with software installations and system updates.
Monitoring IT equipment and maintaining accurate asset records.
Preparing devices for new starters and classroom deployment.
Escalating complex technical issues where appropriate.
Supporting the delivery of school events requiring IT equipment.

Requirements
Previous experience in an IT support or technician role.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
