CORE PURPOSE
We require an inspiring, highly analytical Mathematics Teacher to deliver outstanding mathematical instruction across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with a primary focus on driving academic excellence across advanced A-Level, Further Mathematics, or equivalent higher-level analytical pathways. KEY TASKS & DAILY OPERATIONS

Higher-Level Problem-Solving & Extracurricular Stretching: Train pupils to an elite technical standard in breaking down non-routine mathematical puzzles, integrating preparations for national mathematics challenges (such as the UKMT) to build logical resilience and elite examination stamina.
A-Level & GCSE Performance Optimization: Guide examination cohorts meticulously through the rigorous demands of linear terminal papers, utilizing diagnostic data tracking and precise analytical frameworks to maximize a high density of top-tier grades (A*/A or Grades 7–9).
Oxbridge & Higher Education Preparation: Provide dedicated academic mentorship for pupils aspiring to read Mathematics, Engineering, or physics-related disciplines at elite universities, leading extension seminars, mock interviews, and admissions test preparation (such as the TMUA or STEP).
Holistic School Contribution: Fulfil comprehensive pastoral and tutorial responsibilities within an established house structure, supporting day and boarding pupil wellbeing, managing daily routines, and actively contributing to the school's vibrant co-curricular program.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching credential (or a proven track record of exceptional teaching within the independent sector), paired with a strong honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline from a reputable institution.
Pedagogical Capability: A proven track record or clear capacity to deliver strong progress metrics and exceptional performance outcomes in advanced public examinations (GCSE and A-Level) through highly structured, systematic, and explicit mathematics pedagogy.
