• GCSE Performance Optimization (Grades 7–9): Guide Year 11 examination cohorts meticulously through the rigorous demands of linear terminal Higher tier papers, utilizing diagnostic data tracking to eliminate subtle misconceptions and maximize a high density of top-tier grades.

• Targeted Support & Academic Scaffolding: Identify and target specific learning barriers within highly capable cohorts, deploying precise mathematical intervention strategies, structured retrieval practice, and elegant extension modelling to ensure every pupil maintains excellent progress trajectories.

• Inclusive Pastoral Support: Fulfil full form tutor responsibilities within an established year group structure, supporting pupil wellbeing, managing daily registration routines, and maintaining proactive, positive communication with families.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching credential, paired with a strong honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative or scientific discipline from a reputable institution.
