Office Manager
A well-established Secondary School in Lincoln is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to lead its busy administrative team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional administrator who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and enjoys leading a team while ensuring the smooth running of the school's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will oversee the administration function, providing high-quality support to the Senior Leadership Team, teaching staff, students and parents.
Working closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager, you will manage reception services, supervise the administration team, coordinate admissions, maintain pupil records and ensure school communications are managed efficiently. You will oversee office systems, organise meetings, manage diaries, prepare reports and maintain confidential documentation to the highest standard.
The role also includes supporting HR administration, assisting with financial processes, monitoring administrative budgets, coordinating educational visits and organising whole-school events throughout the academic year. You will continually review office procedures, introducing improvements that increase efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service for parents, visitors and external agencies.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities and the confidence to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements
Previous Office Manager or Senior Administrator experience
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of IT proficiency
Previous school administration experience desirable
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Professional, approachable and proactive manner
