The Role
A high-achieving Secondary Academy in Basingstoke is seeking a professional, highly articulate, and exceptionally organised English Teacher to join their prominent Communications faculty. You will support crisp communication with parents, visiting writers, and external examination boards, ensuring that all essay moderation files and student assessment registers are processed with total accuracy. Strong administrative and organizational skills are crucial, as the role requires balancing detailed marking and feedback metrics with rigorous theoretical exam preparation within a busy secondary school framework. Requirements
A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) with a degree in English Literature, English Language, or a closely related discipline
