Office Manager
A well-established Secondary School in Telford is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to lead its busy administrative team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and thrives on ensuring the smooth and efficient running of school operations. As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of the school while providing outstanding support to the Senior Leadership Team, teaching staff, parents and visitors.
You will lead and develop the administrative team, ensuring reception services, student records, admissions administration and school communications are delivered to an exceptionally high standard. You will oversee office procedures, coordinate meetings, manage diaries and ensure that administrative deadlines are consistently met.
Working closely with the School Business Manager and Headteacher, you will assist with HR administration, support financial processes, oversee office budgets and identify opportunities to improve administrative systems across the school. You will also coordinate educational visits, whole-school events and communication with parents throughout the academic year.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities and a proactive approach to improving systems and supporting colleagues across the school.

Requirements
Previous Office Manager or Senior Administrator experience
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of IT proficiency
Previous school administration experience desirable
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Professional and approachable manner
