Drama Teacher

You would be joining a vibrant Performing Arts department where creativity, confidence and collaboration are at the heart of every lesson. The department enjoys excellent facilities including a purpose-built performance space, rehearsal rooms and professional lighting and sound equipment.

Students develop their practical performance skills alongside their understanding of theatre practitioners, script analysis and devised performance. The curriculum encourages creativity, resilience and teamwork while helping students develop confidence both on and off the stage.

The department has a proud tradition of producing high-quality school productions, drama showcases and community performances. Students are encouraged to take part in extracurricular clubs, theatre visits and performance workshops led by visiting professionals.

Teachers work closely together to develop imaginative lessons that inspire students of all abilities. The school encourages innovative teaching and provides excellent professional development, allowing staff to continually develop their classroom practice and wider leadership skills.
