School Administrator
A highly regarded Independent School in Worcester is seeking a professional and organised School Administrator to join its support staff team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy educational environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative support. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's daily operations while supporting students, parents, staff and senior leaders.
You will be responsible for managing the school's reception, answering telephone and email enquiries, welcoming visitors and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. You will maintain accurate pupil records, assist with admissions administration, prepare correspondence and support a wide variety of administrative processes across the school.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will organise meetings, maintain confidential records, prepare reports, support attendance administration and coordinate school events throughout the academic year.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment. A professional, friendly and proactive approach is essential.

• Previous school administration experience desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
