Office Manager
A highly regarded Independent School in Winchester is seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of its busy school office on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys leading administrative functions and ensuring the smooth running of a thriving school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior leaders, staff, students and parents while maintaining exceptionally high administrative standards.
Responsibilities will include managing the administration team, overseeing office systems and procedures, coordinating communications, maintaining student records and supporting admissions processes. You will also manage diary coordination, meeting arrangements, school communications and general operational administration.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for parents, governors, external agencies and visitors, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support school improvement priorities and maintain effective administrative systems throughout the school.
Strong organisational skills, leadership experience and excellent attention to detail are essential for this role.
