Computer Science Teacher
An innovative Secondary Academy in Cambridge is seeking a professional and highly organised Computer Science Teacher to join their expanding STEM team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day instructional support across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, specializing in software development, computational logic, algorithm design, and network systems. Responsibilities will include maintaining student progress records, updating school tracking systems, managing departmental correspondence, supporting attendance administration, and assisting with the organisation of coding workshops, robotics clubs, and digital safety initiatives.
You will also support communication with parents, students, and external technical agencies while ensuring that information is handled professionally and confidentially at all times. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities within a busy school environment.
The school is looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative computing faculty. Good IT skills and data platform administration efficiency are important, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Previous teaching or relevant instructional experience in Computer Science up to GCSE and A-Level
