• Provide constructive feedback and support to students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching Business at secondary level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks.
