Office Manager
A successful Mixed Secondary School in Norwich is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead its administrative operations on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school office while supporting senior leaders, staff, students and parents.
Responsibilities will include overseeing administrative systems, managing office staff, maintaining pupil records, coordinating communications, supporting admissions processes and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
You will also support HR administration, meeting coordination, school events and wider operational functions. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities and experience managing competing priorities within a busy environment.
