CORE PURPOSE

We require an enterprising, commercially minded Business Teacher to deliver high-quality business studies and enterprise instruction across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (A-Level and Vocational Technical qualifications). • Rigorous Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 cohorts systematically through terminal assessment criteria, explicitly training pupils in the data-response analysis, calculation metrics, and evaluation skills required for top-tier marks.

• Data-Led Progress Interventions: Implement targeted formative assessment routines, utilizing regular diagnostic tracking to pinpoint specific areas of misconception and deploying immediate, structured retrieval interventions to maximize student growth.

• Professional Pastoral Mentorship: Fulfill full form tutor responsibilities within an established pastoral structure, supporting pupils with academic tracking, career mapping, personal statement development, and the cultivation of professional workplace soft skills.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized equivalent teaching credential, paired with a strong honors degree in Business Studies, Management, Finance, Economics, or a closely related commercial discipline.

• Pedagogical Capability: A proven track record or clear capacity to secure excellent progress metrics in terminal public business examinations and technical course submissions through explicit, context-first business pedagogy.

• Commercial Literacy: A strong understanding of contemporary corporate and macroeconomic environments, with the ability to confidently integrate real-world case studies of modern startups, multinational corporations, and digital business frameworks into daily tuition.
